Lauren Services: 100 per cent Canadian ownership

The senior leadership team at Lauren Services has re-affirmed its 100 per cent Canadian independent ownership position in light of recent news that Lauren Engineers & Constructors Inc. (LEC) filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S.

“I want to reassure our stakeholders that the LEC situation does not involve any joint business or legal ties with Lauren Services,” said Rod Phipps, Managing Partner, Lauren Services. “We are a 100 per cent independent Canadian owned company and plan to remain so as we continue to grow and diversify our activities.”
